We are a land investment company. We buy rural land and sell it directly to buyers, sometimes with owner financing. We own the parcels we list. We are not a real estate broker or agent, and we are not selling on behalf of anyone else.
3. Listings are for information only
Parcel listings, prices, terms, photos, maps, and specifications are general information. They are believed accurate but are not guaranteed, and they can change or sell at any time without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a binding commitment. A purchase happens only through a separate signed written agreement.
4. Do your own due diligence
Before you buy, confirm zoning, access, utilities, boundaries, taxes, and your intended use with the county and other official sources. Maps and boundary lines shown on the site are for reference only. The recorded plat and deed control.
5. Owner financing
When we offer owner financing, the actual terms are set out in the purchase agreement, promissory note, and land contract that you sign. Anything on this website about financing is a general description, not the binding terms, and not an offer of credit.
6. Our guarantee
Our money-back guarantee applies as described on the site: to financed purchases, for 90 days from the purchase date, refunding the price you paid for the property and not the fees, or exchanging it for another available parcel. The full terms apply as stated on the site and as set out in your purchase documents.
7. Reviews, testimonials, and value statements
Any reviews reflect the experience of individual buyers and are not a promise that you will have the same experience. Statements about land holding or increasing in value are general observations, not a guarantee of investment results. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice.
